Agora Belt

The Agora Belt was a belt based on the common Athenian Pteruges often worn by ancient Greeks during public gatherings.

During the Peloponnesian War, one such belt was in the possession of the Athenian statesman Alkibiades. He gave the belt to the misthios Kassandra after she helped him forge the name of his friend on the citizenship list.[1]
