Takatori is a town in the Nara Prefecture, Japan.[1] During the Sengoku period, it was a sub-region of Yamato, situated north of Yoshino, east of Katsuragi and Asuka Rocks Basin, west of the Hidden River, and south of Nara Heartland and Uda Matsuyama.[2]
In 1582, the sub-region was visited by the Kakushiba ikki members Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke, who established a kakurega in the area.[2]
