The Anchorage was a pair of military triremes stationed in the Nile in Ineb-Hedjet Nome during the 1st century BCE.
In 48 BCE, the triremes were boarded by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa, who eliminated the guards aboard and claimed their valuables.[1]
