Hashigui-iwa is collection of rock formations in southern Kii, Japan. In 1582, the Kakushiba ikki member and samurai Yasuke met with the kasagake (笠懸) master Norimune at Hashigui-iwa to improve his archery skills. After completing Norimune's course by hitting all seven targets, Norimune gifted Yasuke a horse as a reward.[1]
