Was it said when exactly will "Victory" take place? Victorian period is very long (Queen Victoria was the longest reigning British monarch BTW) and the early period would be quite different from the late period of her rule.

Also a bit off-topic.I can't find any news or rumours about Rogue DLC. Is it happening?Was it said anything about that?I really want to see more of Shay. I hope they would make it like Freedom Cry with new location and expend his story a bit.
