Do any of these images or rumors give away a specific in-game date? I mean, the Victorian age lasted well over sixty years - a heckofa long time. It's about as specific as saying "modern times" in other scenarios. 

I ask this primarily out of curiousity regarding the side missions, and the people you meet in them (like Dumas, Lavoisier, and Mme. Tussaud in Paris Stories). Are we looking at Charles Dickens and Isambard Brunel in the 40's, or Jack the Ripper and the Fabians of the 80's? 

We're looking at a completed Big Ben, so that first image is from 1858 at the earliest.
