To be fair, it kinda matters, if only very rarely. On the first vote-off for the Caption Contest, as I'm sure you'll remember, someone putting in a late vote screwed everything up because I hadn't put in any (or even thought about any) strict rules about when voting counts, causing both me and Kain to be joint winners.
