Errr, most of the times, Connor speaks calmly in English as well, because his native language doesn't have as much range or inflection; it sounds very neutral most of the time. His mother tongue bleeds into his English, which is why, unless Connor is getting angry, his voice will be level, more level than when you or I would speak English.
