A little disappointed that they didn't bring back Philip Shahbaz for Altair one last time, but they did do the character justice in so far in ending his story; a very emotional moment. Plus it didn't make sense that Ezio found Altair's apple in the Library when, in AC II, the one he stole from the Templars was one that Altair apparently left in Cyprus. Pretty sure Altair didn't have two Apples. And it would've been so cool to relive Altair hunting down Genghis Khan, something outside of Masyaf. One can always hope for DLC :)
