Well that is a good guess my friend.But my guess is that William was one of the voices,but the man who said return Desmond to the animus, and is a expert on the animus is none other that Erudito.Maybe some proof is he is able to hack Abstergos mainframe, learn Lucy and her teams passwords and secretly is a skilled fighter(don't ask).So that's it, i'd like to continue the theroy.
