For me Rogue, even though Unity will probably be much better.

Playing as Templar is really a good idea.Shay seems like the best AC protagonist ever.I like French and Indian war setting, return of the naval combat,River Valley and North Atlantic seem great.I like the return of Haytham Kenway which is for me the best AC character.And it says it will gives more info about Kenways which is great too.

But on the other hand Rogue looks to much like Black Flag. Naval combat is the same,land combat is the same,animations are the same.They haven't even bother with uniforms,there are prety much the same as in Black Flag.And even the HUD is the same.River Valley and North Atlantic seem nice but New York -seriouslly Ubisoft? They should make some new cities.

So long story short for me Rogue,but it should be done properly as it deserves it.
