Giovanni Borgia's father was Perotto Calderon, you would know this if you'd actually paid attention. As for Giovanni having been cured, I quote Sima: "The Shroud of Eden does NOT resurrect people from the death." - As well as yourself, Assasin's Informer519: "Then explain to me how Giovanni Borgia has been cured from near-death illness..."

"Near-Death" and "Death" aren't the same, kid. Near-Death implies close to dying, whilst "death" is simply that, death. The person is already dead. The Shroud does not resurrect the dead. It can only heal those that have been injured but have not yet died.
