I'd like to add that it's not necessary for each chapter, issue or page to have an article in order to be sourced back to said chapter, issue or page. The point of this more detailed sourcing is to help readers and users more easily find the exact source, and so listing chapters or pages can just as well be done. I understand this is an even bigger task, but especially with the novels I've often been searching through the books to find a particular page where a piece of information on the wiki is from.
This is referring to Template:Quote only, which requires an actual article to be in the [src] field in order to work. I suppose changes could be made to {{Quote}} to show the page/chapter number when [src] is hovered over, but that would take some work to get to work properly.
