Red Dead Redemption is like a GTA but with cowbows instead of a mafia or a cartel.

It could be done as an additional memory (such as in ACB, ACRv, ACU and ACS) but a game focused in that time period it'd not bring innovation. Well, the development team could think of something, but as Pacificus says: it'd a waste of time.
