Lacrossedeamon wrote: In most AC games there are side missions dealing with characters/events that are even further back than the main ancestor like Brutus in Brotherhood or Captain Kidd in III. I feel the Exodus/Moses will fill this part of the new game, but maybe a little more integral. As the OP's question about Jesus Christ, I don't think Ubi will ever definitively say what happened to him in their universe, too controversial. But in response to point 3 maybe using the Ankh in conjunction with a Shroud (like Apple and Staff) can prolong the resurrection time, but yes as far as we've been told, Jesus has only been in possession of the Shroud.

It would definitely be too controversial to deal directly with Jesus I think. It's not necessary anyways; it's enough to have hints about what happened to him in the AC universe, that he was crucified and died but that a Shroud of Eden was used to attempt to resurrect him or that he hadn't actually died yet at the time the Shroud of Eden was used on him, and hence he revived. Or perhaps, he really did only revive for one day or two.
