Redundant name

I think "Individuals by residence" by itself is fine. "Individuals by place of residence" sounds redundant to me since a residence is already a place. However, I have definitely encountered "place of residence" before in paperwork... and that makes me question which is grammatically correct... Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 09:54, September 4, 2018 (UTC)
