I find codex pages and go there but I can not interact with it (open or save) did I miss any required action to start this somewhere?

Assassin's Creed Revelations glitch

I'm experirncing a glitch in Assassin's Creed Revelations, when I replay the first 2 Altair memories he appears as if he was in the third memory (A New Regime), in other words I get the small beard. Can anyone Help me with this glitch?
