Assassination

The Nine is the list possessing the names of nine public city officials who need to be assassinated. Altaïr must assassinate all nine men in order to restore his rank and honor within the Assassins Order. This list is composed by:

As each man is systematically assassinated in public within their cities and districts their sins and purpose begin to show itself, and proves these are not just random political killings but of much greater signifigance.
