The Assassin headquarters was the main location of the Assassin Order in the year 2012. Not much is known about the location nor what it looks like aside from it being located somewhere in Europe, but it was from here that William Miles coordinated and kept in touch with the various teams of Assassins across the globe. In an e-mail to Shaun Hastings, William explained that the headquarters had "lots of history."

The location was evidently secure, as in the same e-mail from William, he stated that Shaun's Assassin team (which included Desmond Miles, Lucy Stillman and Rebecca Crane) would be traveling there once they had secured the Apple of Eden.
