The Assassin Yataghan Sword was a weapon obtainable during the Renaissance. It was obtained by Ezio Auditore in the Assassin stronghold at Masyaf in 1511.

Trivia
- The Assassin Yataghan sword was the equivalent of the Common Sword from Assassin's Creed II and Brotherhood, being the first and weakest sword Ezio acquired.
- Even with a different weapon equipped, Ezio would appear to have the Assassin Yataghan sword during the cutscenes inside Altaïr's library.
- A pair of Assassin Yataghan swords called Ezio's Swords are available to purchasers of the Season Pass for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag as part of the Crusader & Florentine Pack. According to its in-game description they are a pair of swords once owned by Ezio.
