Altair45678 sockpuppetry

I appreciate you bringing this to my attention Cat Master. I had already discussed with the other staff about the possibility that Altair45678 is a sockpuppet of Batalex 34, but unfortunately, our administrator who, as part of Wikia Staff, has the ability to definitively check their IP addresses has been absent. I very strongly believe that the two are the same individual, but without exact proof and in lieu of the presumption of innocence, I am hesitant to proceed as though such as by simultaneously banning Batalex and handing a longer block on Altair.
