I did not harass him and do not plan to harass him. I would never speak badly about an Indian, I think I once saw his user page,that his home land is india, well, I'm an Indian too.

Well, just speak to him politely and show some respect so the you can settle your problems in the nice way or you'll be ended up banned again....
