Kaniehtiio Horn (born 1985 or 1986) is a Mohawk actress, best known for her role in the television film Moccasin Flats: Redemption and the films The Trotsky, Leslie, My Name is Evil and The Wild Hunt.

In the Assassin's Creed series, she voices and provides facial capture for Kaniehtí:io in Assassin's Creed III.
