During Altaïr's time in the Holy land he will encounter Templar knights which on sight will attempt to kill Altaïr. Dispatching them will add to additional memory block.
Damascus
There are 10 Templars in Damascus: 3 in the Poor district, 3 in the Middle district, and 4 in the Rich district.
Damascus Poor District
There are a total of three Templars within the Poor District of Damascus.
- This Templar is in an alley by the bridge southwest
- This Templar is standing right next to a ladder down south
- This Templar is underneath a low awning
Damascus Middle District
Damascus Rich District
Acre
There are 10 Templars in Acre: 4 in the Poor district, 3 in the Middle district, and 3 in the Rich district.
Acre Poor District
- There is one at the western edge of the large courtyard north of the plaza where you do the Masyaf flags fetch. Climb up in the middle of that western wall and you'll see him below you in front of a water spout.
- There is another hiding inside the row of burnt out dwellings along the 'street' between the northern wall and in the first block of houses as you approach the first sea-viewpoint from that direction. Stay on the roofs to spot him below.
- There's one in the north-eastern section, in a back alley, near the citizen in need of saving.
- There's one in the south-eastern section, near the citizen in need of saving.
Acre Middle District
- There is one at the far western end of the docks. Keep going past where you save the citizen there toward the sea and boats.
Acre Rich District
- There is one on the roof of the giant church,in the broken steeple
Jerusalem
There are 10 Templars in Jerusalem: 3 in the Poor district, 3 in the Middle district, and 4 in the Rich district.

Jerusalem Rich District
- There is one in the Rich District of Jerusalem hiding behind the building south of the large building with a golden roof -The Dome of The Rock.
Kingdom
There are 30 Templars in the Kingdom.
- There is one close by the docks on the Christian part of the kingdom. As you are leaving from Masyaf go right and you'll see a lake. At the edge of the docks is a Templar. There is one hiding in a house nearby. There is also a Templar hiding on the bluff overlooking the village.
- When travelling through the mountains, there are two in the village close to the exit to Jerusalem (Should be the second last). One is in the village behind some sort of a small villa, and the other is just at the perimeter next to a tent.
- There is one on the way to Damascus near the camp, look behind the viewpoint tower and there should be a Templar.
- There is one in the Saracen fort filled with archers, on the other side of the southern wall.
- There is one at the far edge of the gorge leading to the first Christian village.
- When approaching Acre, head for the Crusader camp. There is one waiting inside.
Achievement (Xbox 360 version)
Once you kill every Templar, you will get an achievement.
