To the news!

Today we focus specifically on important wikimatters, since we have just one little AC related news since last week.

First of all, we have a new entry on Sammy's little hitchiker's guide to the wiki:

I've *actually* read this one, and I loved how he managed to explain it all in a easy, noob-proof manner. Specially the template sections, which is a little more than common but a crucial aspect of wiki operations nonetheless. So all editors, make sure to check it out!

Next comes the Extended Version of the ACR E3 Trailer! Brought to my attention by User:Cultfanatic, this version don't feature the awesome music of the last one, but a voice-over by Ezio. And it has new scenes ^^

Also, today I would like to do something that's never been done, and while it won't become standard procedure, it's something that can be useful: As many of you know, we have the IRC for all our chats and talk, but some of the staff members are in favor of ALSO enabling the Wikia Chat here on wiki as an alternative to the IRC. They say it is not a substitute for the IRC, but simply another way of getting people to talk and we can always direct them from the chat to the IRC once they are there. So, I like to hear your oppinions on the comments below!

Shall we have enabled Wikia Chat here or stick to the IRC only?

Fire away people!

"No, cousin, I'm not bowling with you. Stop calling me, Roman!"

As a reminder, we are only 2 weeks away from the end of the very first Assassin's Wiki Giveaway, so if you haven't signed on yet, make sure you do before October 8th!

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to Outback to celebrate with some friends and my sweetheart the fantastic happenstance of my birth =P

So that is all for today! Post your comments below – me and the staff want to hear your opinions! Safety and peace, and a good week to all!

Cello out.
