Precise Date?

We know of the year because the game displays it at the beginning of every sequence, but why so precise a date? Answer: Speculation. I would advise those who edit to add just the year; so, as to be safe from any form of speculation. Steven.lotr (talk) 08:06, April 5, 2015 (UTC)

Considering that it was Master Sima Yi, our bureaucrat, who added the date, I very much doubt it is speculation. I think the date comes from Assassin's Creed: Initiates (the previous version, not the current one) actually. Crook ^{The Constantine District} 08:39, April 5, 2015 (UTC)
