Statements needing verification

The first paragraph in particular is sourced to Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed: The Secret Crusade, but neither mention some of the details that are described here.

• I have checked, and neither explicitly say that he is Muslim. Sure, he was officially Saracen, which was a synonym for Muslim, but as we know, many of the Templars in the first game did not truly believe in God.
• "...he soon amassed a vast fortune..."
  

While he definitely had some degree of wealth to rule over the largest souk in Damascus, this was in the Poor District, and it was said in Assassin's Creed that he needed the support of the merchant guild and especially the Merchant King Abu'l Nuqoud to afford his large-scale productions. "Vast fortune" might give the impression of more wealth than he actually had.

• "...selling not just to his own people, but their Crusader enemies as well."
  

Tamir was ultimately loyal to the Templars and his large weapon order in Assassin's Creed was to them. However, the way this is written suggests that he regularly sold weapons to the Crusaders (and not just the Templars) as business. I'm not even sure if he necessarily meant to profit from his production of weapons to the Templars, given that he did it for the cause, though it'd be impractical if he did not receive payment for them. In any case, the way this statement is written makes it sound like it was common, public knowledge that he sold also to the Crusaders, as part of a public business, which isn't true.

• "...selling everything from food to fuel."
  

The novel gives a list of a range of goods that could be found in the souq, and fuel is not one of them. What kind of fuel are we talking about? The novel lists "oils", but those are obviously not petroleum or gasoline, not in this time.

• "Tamir made the pursuit of profit his only concern"
  

Except Tamir explicitly says "Oh but I am, for I serve a far nobler cause than mere profit." It's even the quote of the section, placed directly above!

In fact, the second paragraph itself seems more fitting for the Personality section. So, many possible errors in these two paragraphs, and the sources given don't actually support them. I'm more wary about rewriting it outright because I actually think that it's fairly well-written, and it will take more precision to revamp this article.
