Talk:Shahkulu
Speculation?
Where it is said that Shahkulu is a Templar? I think is speculation. Also, it is official that image of Shahkulu? Excuse my bad english.--{{SUBST:Usuario:Darth envidious/Firma}} 19:18, October 23, 2011 (UTC)
- For future references, would you mind doing a little research yourself? If you read the article through thoroughly, you would have noticed that his official character card, which is on his page, calls him Shahkulu. Since he is a multiplayer character and can be seen with the Templars in the End of an Era trailer, where he is also killed by Ezio, he is a Templar. -- Master Sima Yi 06:48, October 24, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, I saw the "official" character card, but the source was an Assassin's Creed fan-page from Trukey, and I don't trust a fan-page. Excuse my bad english--{{SUBST:Usuario:Darth envidious/Firma}} 16:17, October 24, 2011 (UTC)
Even in the game for mobile phones it is said that he is a templar. I think it's enough Rapnoize 18:23, October 24, 2011 (UTC)
- I'm refering to the official image of Shahkulu, Is Shahkulu the renegade or not? Excuse my bad english (again)--{{SUBST:Usuario:Darth envidious/Firma}} 20:55, October 24, 2011 (UTC)
Link to Turkmenistan page on Wikipedia
The Turkmen people of Anatolia is not related to the country Turkmenistan actually, they are nomadic Turkic people who usually belongs to Shia(or more correctly Alevi) sect of Islam. So the correct wikipedia page should be this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QizilbashOptln 20:25, December 4, 2011 (UTC)
- I don't see the term "Turkmen" used anywhere on that page. -- Master Sima Yi 20:28, December 4, 2011 (UTC)
- "Shahkulu (unknown - 1512) was a Turkmen renegade, who became an orphan after an Ottoman attack on his tribe." Bolded to stand out. Turkmen also links to Turkmenistan. Slate Vesper 20:31, December 4, 2011 (UTC)
- Well that's not right :) There's a page about Sahkulu Rebellion on Wikipedia. Turkmen word on that page links to Oghuz Turk page though it's not completely true either but definitely better than linking to Turkmenistan Page.
