Merge

Without the need to categorize factions and locations separately due to the recently-passed in-universe categories proposal, there is no need to have Ottomans and Ottoman Empire as separate articles. Unless we intend to make articles on all different peoples appearing in the series. Which I don't think we need at this point. -- Master Sima Yi Talk 21:48, April 12, 2013 (UTC)
