Descendant of Edward's third child?

I don't see the episode but the synopsis said that Edward is in Macau in February 1725. Haytham born in December 1725. I don't know if Noah lived the memories directly through an Animus or used a DNA sample of Edward. If he is a descendant of Edward, he couldn't be one of Haytham.
