Where is this information coming from? Conor Shepard 19:20, February 20, 2011 (UTC)

Is this sourced for nothing? Can't you look at the "References" section? Damn! -- Master Sima Yi 19:24, February 20, 2011 (UTC)
The references listed do not mention George W. Bush being backed by the Templar or Al Gore being backed by the Assassins. Someone should update the references if true or delete this article. Solidus Law 17:08, March 2, 2011 (UTC)
Just point some things out. Bush appears in the Brotherhood Rifts, having a special cluster focused around his presidency. That whole cluster points to the Bush house being a Templar organisation. Plus, The Mentor in The Fall talks about one of the candidats, Bush or Gore, being backed by the Templars and the other by the Assassins. Bush is a Republican, Gore is part of the Democratical party. Democracy was for free will -> Gore isn't the Templar. -- Master Sima Yi 17:10, March 2, 2011 (UTC)

Historical characters

You do realize that recent history still counts as history, right? I would most definately list this under "Historical characters". If you disagree, I would like to know why. Same goes for the rest of these: George W. Bush, Margaret Thatcher, John Roberts, Henry Kissinger, Al Gore, Condoleezza Rice, Dick Cheney. 98.192.42.30 04:06, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

Problem

I've just been re-playing through one of the Truth files, and this bit in the letter from Antonin Scalia to "S." caught my attention:

As discussed, W. will prove the perfect distraction. I have no doubt he will restart animosities with Iraq. Let him, it will give C.'s contractors more work. When the time comes, I will make sure W. is given Roberts' name.

Pardon me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this imply that Bush was unaware of the Templars' plan to elect John Roberts? And, if so, while the message on the photo of him (earlier in the same segment) seems to imply that he's a Templar, doesn't this sort of point the other way? Just a thought. 98.192.42.30 22:06, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

Update to that (and yes, I left the above post): I've now read The Fall, and I noticed that the Mentor refers to Bush as "the Templars' puppet". Are there any other thoughts on this? Guardian Assassin 20:33, May 20, 2011 (UTC)
