Be wary of the Orsini

In one of the Contracts you assign your assassins on in Brotherhood (the ones about rescuing a captured assassin) Right at the end, before the assassin who was meant to be saved dies he tells the assassin recruits to 'Be wary of the Orsini..' Does anyone know what was meant by this? (the mission also appeared in PL
