Yang Guanghui's execution.

Yang Guanghui (Chinese: 楊光翽; died 755) was a Chinese official who served as mayor of Taiyuan and deputy administrator of Hedong Commandery before the An Lushan Rebellion. He was an ally of Golden Turtles, the Chinese branch of the Order of the Ancients.[1]

After An Lushan rebelled in 755, Guanghui was captured by An Lushan's Yeluohe forces. Tortured to near death, he was tied to a flagpole and brought before the gates of Changshan's capital when the Yeluohe marched into that commandery. When Taishou Yan Gaoqing of Changshan left the safety of the city to meet with An Lushan personally, Lushan had his men execute Guanghui with a barrage of arrows in a display of intimidation.[1]
