A Seed is a brief, cinematic memory, and the last one of Ezio Auditore in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.

After Ezio assassinates Cesare Borgia in Vienna, he returns to Rome and hides the Apple of Eden in the Ancient Temple of Juno, located underneath Santa Maria Aracoeli and near the Colosseum.
