"Your sister seemed quite satisfied with the "handling" I gave her earlier."
―Ezio taunting Vieri.[src]

Viola de' Pazzi was a member of the Pazzi family, and was the daughter of Francesco de' Pazzi, sister of Vieri and great-niece of Jacopo de' Pazzi.

Shortly before his brawl with her brother on the Ponte Vecchio in 1476, Ezio Auditore da Firenze taunted that he had possibly engaged in sexual relations with Viola, enraging Vieri and causing him to throw a stone which scarred Ezio's lip deeply.

Once Ezio had enacted his vengeance upon those who had led to the ruin of his family's name, Lucrezia Borgia informed him that Lorenzo de' Medici had stripped away all of the Pazzi family's status and imprisoned them, with the women being unable to marry, undoubtedly affecting Viola in some way.
