Valeria

Valeria was the wife of the Roman Assassin Aquilus.

After Aquilus had avenged his father's death, he returned home to his wife,Valeria. After they had shared an intimate moment, Aquilus explained to his wife what the Ankh was and what it did. He then activated the Ankh and it showed him a message from his dad,Lucius, who had recorded it just before his death.

During these events they were interrupted by a group of soldiers who arrested both of them. They were then brought to a forest where they were killed and buried. But Accipiter ,Aquilus' cousin, had heard of the arrest and followed the soldiers. Unfortunately during Accipiter's assault Aquilus was killed. Accipiter then requested Valeria and took Aquilus' corps with them.

Valeria later explained to Accipiter what had happened and that she didn't remember how to use The Ankh. Accitiper advised her to hide the artefact. Valeria later went to Monteriggioni where she hid the Ankh.
