Entrance of the tomb

The Tomb of Smenkhkare was a tomb located below a hill in the Haueris Nome, south of Hermopolis. The tomb housed the remains of pharaoh Smenkhkare along with his wife Meritaten and was built atop an Isu complex Eeyoo Sekedoo Aat.

In 48 BCE The Medjay, Bayek, travelled to the tomb to hunt down a bandit leader, who had sent a group of men after Rai in order to retrieve her father's bow, made from a blackstone originating from the Isu vault. After killing the leader, Bayek deciphered an Old Kingdom Stele behind Smenkhkare's tomb.
