Ezio leaping over the River Tiber.

The Tiber River is a river that runs through the city of Rome. It seperates the Vatican City from the rest of Rome in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Many bridges are built over it, allowing civilians to cross the river. The Castel Sant'Angelo can be found near the river, and Tiber Island is located within the river itself.
