Thora was a Norse Viking and sister to berserkr Kiarr Rawbone. One year, Thora married Alrek, brother of Kjotve the Cruel, who abused her. Kiarr heard the rumors about it and confronted Thora, who confirmed them. Kiarr then invited Alrek to a hunting trip and, once there, Kiarr killed and dismembered him. Afterwards, Kiarr presented Kjotve with Alrek's severed arm and fled the region, presumably with Thora in tow.[1]
