The tholos of the Sanctuary of Asklepios

The Tholos, also known as the Thymele, was a circular building within the Sanctuary of Asklepios in the Valley of Dreams in Argolis.

The tholos served as the home of the Cult of Asklepios, but more than that, it was where the sacred snakes were kept.[1]

Trivia

  • It is unknown why the model used for the tholos shows it half-built, when model for a whole tholos also exists in the game.
