The Outsider (died 48 BCE) was a member of the Phylakes who patrolled the city of Alexandria and it's surrounding areas, with orders the find and kill the Medjay, Bayek.
He was instead hunted down by Bayek in 48 BCE who claimed his signature signature sword and an ornamented key.
