The Oasis was a virtual representation of one of Bayek's genetic memories, relieved by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.

Description

Bayek exits the Bent Pyramid after killing The Heron to find his close friend Hepzefa fighting what remained of The Heron's forces. After helping Hepzefa dispatch his opponents they greet each other for the first time in nearly a year. Hepzefa comments on Bayek's newly grown beard. After Bayek tells of his triumph against The Heron, Hepzefa rejoices that he only has four more left and tells Bayek that he should rest when they return to Siwa. The two then make their way to Siwa on horseback.
