Temple of the Sand is a legendary, ruined Temple where the Chalice is believed to be kept. Altair travels here in his quest to obtain the Chalice, but finds out that the true Chalice is not here, and it is a woman, not an object. After his confrontation with the Templars, the Temple collapsed, and a sand storm left no sign of it once being.
