Subutai

Subutai (1175 – 1248) was a Mongolian general, and the primary military strategist of both Genghis and Ögedei Khan, for whom he conquered or overran more territory than any other known commander. Of this legacy, he presided over more than twenty campaigns, in which he conquered thirty-two nations and won sixty-five pitched battles.
