St. Augustine, Florida
St. Augustine is a city in the US state of Florida, having been founded by the Spanish in 1565.[1]
History
In 1773, the Colonial Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton completed a number of privateering contracts in order to reduce the risk to ships on the shipping route to St. Augustine, sinking British vessels,[2] including the Saint James,[3] and protecting the trading frigate Henderson.[4]
