Spiked Axe

The Spiked Axe was a type of common battleaxe distinct for the numerous spikes near the tip of the blade, which gave it its name.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra commonly found this weapon in the inventories of blacksmiths and looted it from bodies and chests during her travels throughout Greece.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Spiked Axe, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model the Nebuchadnezzar's Wrath, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins, which itself was based on the Luristan bronze spiked axehead.
