Sichfrith mac Báirid (born c. 862) was the son of Bárid mac Ímair, the King of Dublin.

In 879, Sichfrith met Eivor Varinsdottir, his father's cousin, who had arrived in Dublin by invitation of his father.

Behind the scenes

Sichfrith mac Báirid is a character created for the Assassin's Creed: Valhalla expansion, Wrath of the Druids. Although not known if Sichfrith was among Bárid's historically known children, he shares his name with Sichfrith mac Ímair, Bárid's brother.
