Shop quest
Shop Quests are special quests given to Ezio Auditore by several types of shops around Rome, and may be accessed from the stores located on Tiber Island. These quests require Ezio to gather rare, tradeable items in order to be able to obtain certain items from the store that cannot be bought. These rare items can be found throughout the world, principally at chests, looting or tackling borgia messengers and thieves or by fighting Cento Occhi's thieves.
Blacksmiths Quests
Exotica
- Items needed: 2x Shrunken Head, 3x Elephant Ivory, 3x Indian Diamond
- Reward: Unlocks the Seusenhofer Pauldrons and Seusenhofer Chest Guard
Blood Money
- Items needed: 7x Vlad the Impaler Coins
- Reward: Unlocks the Spada Lunga
Faith
- Items needed: 3x Terracotta Pot, 2x Totem, 2x Buddhist Prayer Beads
- Reward: Unlocks the Captain's Sword
Art Merchants Quests
Trendsetting
- Items needed: 2x Pomander, 3x Ambergris, 1x Papaver Silvaticum
- Reward: Unlocks the Vaticano Treasure Map
Tailors Quests
Pulling Threads
- Items needed: 8x Silk, 5x Cardinal's Purple Dye
- Reward: Unlocks the Large Quiver ( Increases Crossbow bolt carry limit by 5 )
Doctors Quests
Venomous
- Items needed: 5x Tomatoes, 3x Nutmeg, 1x Aconite
- Reward: Unlocks Fast Poison
Notes
- Unlocking Fast Poison will cause the normal poison to forever be eliminated from your inventory.
- Vlad the Impaler coins can be easily found by killing and looting thieves.
- Remember to visit art merchants to buy map that help you to find chests.
- Sometimes you will still need to find items even after finding all the chests.

- Items can be found by killing Cento Occhi thieves, however, if you complete all thieves missions they will no longer appear on the game, making the item collecting more difficult.
