The Archegesion on Delos

The Archegesion of Delos was a sanctuary located on the northern part of Delos that was dedicated to Anios, the mythical founder of the island polis.

During the Peloponnesian War the sanctuary was visited by the Spartan misthios Kassandra.[1]
