Arcadius (Latin: Flavius Arcadius Augustus; 1 January 377 – 1 May 408), born Flavius Arcadius, was Eastern Roman Emperor from 395 to his death. He was the eldest son of Emperor Theodosius I.

During his reign, he built a forum, which was dedicated to him.
